EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Educational technology is developing so rapidly that economic and logistic considerations prevent the education community from taking full advantage of much that is available. Time constraints pose limits on what research can produce. With respect to web sites, for example, if one were to spend 10 hours per day at one minute per web site, it would take more than ten years to visit all that are presently accessible.
